Lewis Silkin advises Be Heard Group Plc on its acquisition of Kameleon Worldwide Limited

Lewis Silkin has advised Be Heard Group plc, a digital marketing services group, on its 100% share capital acquisition of Kameleon Worldwide Limited, an award-winning content marketing agency.

The £10 million capped deal sees Be Heard Group make further progress towards building a digital marketing services business that will deliver better, more cost efficient and more creative solutions to clients.

This deal marks Lewis Silkin's first corporate transaction with the AIM listed company and enhances their reputation of being one of the leading M&A practices in the advertising, communications and technology sector. The team has an enviable track record in buy and sell side transactions, advising advertising and marketing services businesses across the spectrum from creative agencies to data analytics and covering all forms of digital media, user experience technologies, media buying and planning and out-of-home.
