Our topical review of developments will examine recent and forthcoming changes in employment law.

The courts have considered some important issues, including the meaning of “public interest” in whistleblowing cases and whether it is sex discrimination to pay at different rates for maternity leave and shared parental leave. We will also take a look at the new Government’s wider plans for the workplace, particularly in light of Matthew Taylor’s review into modern employment practices. As usual, we will cover any significant new developments that arise closer to the event. Our practical take on these changes means this session is always popular, so please book early to secure your place.
