Our topical review of developments will take a look at recent and forthcoming changes of significance in the world of employment law.

There are some important cases in the pipeline, including various challenges to the employment status of atypical workers and the on-going holiday pay saga. We are also expecting the final version of the gender pay gap reporting rules, consultation on the proposals to introduce shared grandparental leave and implementation of the new General Data Protection Regulation. As usual, we will cover any major new developments that arise closer to the event. Our practical take on these changes means that this session is always popular, so please book early to secure your place.
