Lewis Silkin invites you to our 2018/19 series of roundtable discussions exclusively for General Counsel, COLPs and Risk and Compliance officers in Professional Services firms.

Following on from recent roundtables exploring the implications of GDPR for professional services firms, our first roundtable will discuss Data Subjects Rights. We will discuss some of the complexities faced by professional services firms in handling the expanded data subject rights and in particular, DSARs from clients, former clients, employees and partners. We will be considering points such as reliance on “privilege” when responding to a DSAR from a non-client and the breadth of the other exemptions under the DPA.

If you have any questions in relation to this event please contact our events team.

You can download our 2018/19 programme of roundtable discussions here.
