A practical look at some of the complexities faced by professional services firms in handling DSARs from clients, former clients, employees and partners.

We will be considering questions such as: when is it permissible to rely on the fact that there is other litigation pending or to assert an abuse of process? How easily can you assert “privilege” and how broad are the other exemptions under the DPA? Does GDPR change the compliance burden?

Registration is at 11.30am and the roundtable discussion with lunch will start at 12.00pm. The event will conclude at 2.00pm.
