Whether you want to resolve a difficult working relationship, or proactively address a minor issue before it develops to a formal disciplinary or grievance matter, our team of accredited mediators can help you.
Workplace mediation helps build trust between parties, create the right conditions for honest and respectful discussions about difficult issues they face, and agree robust solutions.
We offer 3 services to clients:
- providing a mediator to work with the staff involved, come to your workplace or a neutral venue and host a meeting to help the staff create a realistic and permanent solution
- training your staff to be in-house staff mediators
- mentoring your mediators as they develop their experience and deal with difficult problems
Our experience is that each organisation will evolve its own approach to workplace mediation. We can work with you to help you define the best way to incorporate workplace mediation into your business.
